Michigan residents will be charged 6% Michigan State Sales Tax.
Returns
If your package has been damaged in transit please contact us right away at
VacuumDoctor@VacuumDoctorKZoo.com.
Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in sale able condition in the the original sealed package. We do not accept returns of used vacuums. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all related shipment costs. Please email us at VacuumDoctor@VacuumDoctorKZoo.com for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. If your product qualified for promotional shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount of your refund. Any items returned to our warehouse without an Return Authorization Number will not be returned and no credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Should you receive the incorrect item because of our mistake, please contact us immediately at VacuumDoctor@VacuumDoctorKZoo.com so that we may arrange for free return shipping.
Refused shipments / orders will be billed a 20% restocking fee and all related shipment costs. Shipments which are returned after three delivery attempts are considered a refused shipment and the charges described above will apply.
Warranties
All of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to
repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to Vacuum Doctor and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty
user damage. The freight to and from the Vacuum Doctor must be paid by the purchaser.
